I am very excited to announce that I will be taking on a small number of weddings each year!
When I first started my business, I decided not to concentrate on wedding photography, thinking that to be a wedding photographer I would have to ONLY shoot weddings. I didn’t want to just do a little of everything and not specialise in any area. So for the last couple of years I focused my attention on newborn baby and commercial photography – two areas I absolutely love. But over the course of the last couple of years I have continued to receive enquiries from couples getting married and then started being asked by other wedding photographers to shoot with them at their client’s weddings. I’ve been lucky to work alongside some of the best wedding photographers in the industry and have learned a great deal along the way.
After some encouragement by my photographer peers, and going ahead and shooting weddings and engagement sessions on my own, I now know that I DO want to photograph weddings, and that I can still do weddings as well as the other areas of photography I love – why not?!?
I have fallen in love with wedding photography and have received some wonderful feedback from clients about my relaxed and easy nature and approach to their wedding photography. I love the wide and varied nature of weddings. No two weddings are the same and for me as a photographer – the more individual, personalised and creative the wedding – the better!
So I’ve decided to start booking a small number of weddings – keeping it managable so I can offer all of my clients the best service I possibly can. My calendar has already started filling up with wedding bookings and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m planning a full, separate wedding photography website to showcase my work and have all information in one place, but in the meantime if you would like more information, pricing, to chat more, or to see more of my wedding or engagement work, please get in touch. I love meeting clients in my studio and am equally as happy to meet somewhere convenient for you.
I look forward to hearing from you!
